Terms:

Payment:

When ordering a guide service, a confirmation of the agreed terms will be sent by email. Terms of payment will be stated in the confirmation. The entire agreed amount must be paid well in advance of the agreed start of the guided tour.

Cancellation:

The customer cancels an agreed guided tour:
Up to 30 days before the agreed guided tour, 90% of the paid amount is refunded.
29 - 15 days before the agreed guided tour, 50% of the paid amount is refunded.
14 days before the agreed guided tour, 10% of the paid amount is refunded.

The guide cancels: If the guide cancels, the amount paid will be refunded, except for any expenses agreed with the customer for a third party, such as fishing licenses, accommodation, etc. The guide has the right to pass on the assignment to another competent guide on the same terms as originally agreed with the customer. In this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
